I set My bow in the cloud, and it shall exist as a sign between My 'Teaching Covenant' and between My Way. And it will happen, when I conjure up a cloud over the Way, that the bow shall be recognised in the cloud.

And I will remember my 'Teaching Covenant' that is between me and you and between every living soul of all flesh and intelligence; and the waters will no more exist as an flood to decay all flesh.

And the bow shall exist in the cloud; and I will consider it, that I may remember the continuous 'Teaching Covenant' between me and between every living soul of all intelligence in flesh that is along the Way."
