For the Scripture is saying: "Whoever believes in him shall not be ashamed."

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard and comprehended? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Paul is talking about Preachers who were 'Called Out' of this World and taught by God Himself in His wilderness. Paul is certainly not referring to the self appointed preachers, or indeed the many who have been taught by men instead of God. No one can be 'Sent' unless he has been 'Called Out' which slaughters the faithless money graspers who are many in this world.

And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of them that preach Good News of the only thing that is Good!
How beautiful are the feet of the Preachers 'Sent,' does not refer to the pimps and their whores in this world, who peddle the Scriptures without even knowing them. This World has no clue to the difference between reading and studying the Scriptures, and hearing the Word of God in which true faith is apportioned by God Himself. The money grasping imposters in this World hate God and his Scriptures, and therefore declaring themselves as faithless as animals. The crap faith of the buddy of Satan, the Deceiver, wants to rule the World, and feed the World with his idolatrous rubbish.
How happy are those who believe without seeing, says the Christ, but his enemies feed the world with their own crap inventions that are visible to the human eye.
Paul. the Great Apostle, under the Holy Spirit, tells his students to test the spirits to see whether they are of God, or Satan the Deceiver? So say to those imposters; "Why has the One True God left you Scriptureless, and one who dishes out to the World your own faithless rubbish that can be seen by everyone!" There will be no answer to this question, because the Scriptureless are deaf, dumb, blind and lame to the Word of the One True God, which is every Breath of Life that comes from his Son, Yoshua, the Christ of Nazareth.
There is one certainty in this World, and that is Christ's Kingdom is not of this World. This world is under the regime of Satan the Deceiver, and the only way for the Deceiver to get total domination of it is by getting his troops into the highest positions possible. The Anti-Christ has already blinded the World with his worthless and idolatrous crap, given by his buddies in high places. Even so, the word of God is risen, and therefore hidden from this World, but to those who are truly 'Called Out' the One True God has marvellous things stored up for them! As for the bullshitters of this World, they have absolutely nothing from above except the condemnation that is certain to come.

But they have not all listened to the Good News of the Scriptures. For Isaiah is saying: "Lord Teacher, who has believed us?"

So then faith comes through hearing, and hearing and comprehending, through the Word - the Breath of Life of Christ.

But I say, have they not heard? Yes certainly, their voices went into all the Earth, and their Breaths' of Life to the finishing line.

But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses is saying: I will provoke you to zeal through jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish people I will anger you."

But through boldness Isaiah is saying: "I was found by them that did not seek me; I was unveiled and shown to them that did not ask for me."

God has not cast away his people which he foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture is saying of Elijah? How he makes intercession to God against Israel:

"Lord Teacher, they have killed your Prophets, and demolished your tables, and I am left alone, and they seek my life."

According as it is written in the Scriptures: "God has given them the Spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see and comprehend, and ears that they should not hear and therefore discern to this very day."

And David is saying: "Let their table become a trap, and a snare, and a stumbling block, and a recompence to them.

Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see and discern, and bend their back."

For even Christ our Teacher, did not please himself - but, as it is written: "The reproaches of them that reproached you fell on me."

"For whatever things were written before our time were written for our learning, that we, through patience and the salvation of the Scriptures, might have hope."

And do not live according to the pattern of this age: but you be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect desire of God.

For I say, through the grace entrusted to me, to every one that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think with a sound mind, according as God has dealt to every one the apportioned measure of faith.
Notice the word for 'think' is throne. Satan's henchmen in this World have set up thrones for themselves, but there is one major problem, God has left their minds with nothing but crap. They do not know the difference between Moses and a magic mushroom. They cannot hear the Word of God because they haven't got a clue to what it is. You can say you read and know Moses and the Prophets, but can you hear through them? Faith comes only by hearing the hidden Word of God, and because the faithless cannot see what is hidden, they palm their crap on the World letting people see, and worship their material and idolatrous rubbish.
